SHIPPING

We currently ship within Europe only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
Rates typically range between €5 and €25 across Europe.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. As soon as it ships, tracking details will be sent to you.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.


PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During launches, drops, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.


RETURNS

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.


EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please return your order and place a new order.
