'I feel the world'

A documentary set in Egypt, following eight men of different ages and nationalities as they speak openly about their emotional lives. Through intimate interviews and unfiltered moments from their daily routines, the film moves from a 14-year-old navigating social expectations to a 64-year-old reflecting on decades of internalized silence. Each story reveals how cultural norms often frame vulnerability as weakness, shaping the way men learn to process and express their feelings.

“I Feel The World” avoids easy conclusions, allowing the narratives to stand on their own and inviting viewers to reflect on the shared need for emotional expression and mental wellbeing. Directed by Ghada Eissa, produced by Sacer and the IOM, and funded by the European Union.

MAKE IT STOP

A dramatic short film that unfolds as an internal dialogue, exploring anxiety as a constant, often invisible presence. The story centers on a conversation with oneself, tracing the looping thoughts, doubts, fears, and quiet negotiations that happen beneath the surface. Moving through tension, vulnerability, and moments of clarity, the film captures the full spectrum of emotions that anxiety can carry, from restlessness and overwhelm to introspection and fragile calm. Rather than presenting anxiety as a single feeling, it reveals it as an ongoing, deeply personal journey that plays out silently in the mind.

SO FULL OF YOU

A dramatic short film that steps inside the inner world of depression, unfolding as a conversation with oneself. The narrative follows the quiet, persistent thoughts that shape the experience, the heaviness, the numbness, the self-questioning, and the moments of resistance that often go unseen. Through an intimate and reflective lens, the film explores the shifting emotional landscape of depression, capturing both its stillness and its intensity. It does not attempt to simplify or resolve the experience, but instead gives space to the complexity of living with it and the internal dialogue that rarely reaches the surface.
